FITNESS PROGRAM

In recent years, our fitness center has undergone a major transformation. The generosity of many has taken what used to be run down and outdated, and turned it into an ideal spot to teach proper fitness skills. Each week our students are able to receive fitness training from skilled staff members. For many of our athletes, this training has allowed them to improve immensely in their chosen sport. Additionally, and more importantly, our fitness program has allowed countless students to improve their health and well-being, and in-turn, their confidence and self-esteem.
